The New Nursery School of the United Church of Christ, Norwell, founded in 1977 was created as a mission of the church. The school is operated by a Board of Directors made up of church members and parents. The school is nondenominational and is licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care.

New Nursery provides a warm and nurturing environment where the spirit of discovery is encouraged through activities appropriate to children’s developmental levels. Small class size and low teacher/child ratios allow children to develop socially, emotionally and intellectually in a setting where they are valued and respected as individuals.
